CONGRESS REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Registration Instructions

• Registration form must be completed in its entirety.
• Registration will close when full capacity is reached.
• Early bird rates will ONLY be available if payment is received by February 15 2018.
• All registrations received after February 15 2018 will be treated as regular registrations with the corresponding fee.
• Registrants whose forms and payments are received by May 10 2018 will receive a confirmation of the registration. If confirmation is not received within two weeks, please contact us to ensure your registration form has been received correctly.
• After May 10 2018 registrations will be accepted on-site at hotels or FIBES, beginning on Saturday May 19. Please consult the program for registration hours.

Congress Overview

Delegates’ registration includes meetings, lunches and evening social events. Accompanying Persons’ registration includes morning tours, if marked, with lunch, and evening social events.

Hotel & Visa 

This form is not used to book your hotel accommodation. Please make your hotel reservation on-line by visiting the following website: www.nutfruitcongress.org/sevilla2018/accommodation/ Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Badges

Name badge is required to attend all congress events. To obtain the badge, participants must be registered and proper fees must be paid. Badge will be delivered at the INC registration desk. Please check the program for registration hours.

Registration List 

The list of participants will be available only to INC members at the Virtual Meeting Point and Congress App three months prior to the congress and will be updated daily.

Insurance 

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Congress Organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. The insurance should be purchased in your country of origin, if you feel necessary.

Terms & Cancellation Conditions

Confirmation letters will be sent on receipt of payment, which must be made at the time of booking. For new registrations on-site, payments will be accepted only with a personal credit card (cash will not be accepted). Full refund will be given to EARLY registrants if cancellation is received prior to March 1 2018 and a 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received after February 28 2018.

All REGULAR registrations will be charged a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows or if you cancel after May 1 2018, whatever the reason. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have written acknowledgement from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be registered before May 1 2018. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply.

In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organizers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration location, marketing and central administration costs.

Cancellation Policy

A 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations until March 1 2018. For cancellations received from March 2 to April 1 2018 we will apply a 50% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1 2018, whatever the reason. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have a written knowledge from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The
organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration, location, marketing and central administration costs.
