Yes, non-Members can also register for the Congress, but do not have access to the Meeting Point.
No, it is not necessary. You may show your business card or any identification with your name.
If payment is received by 10 May, 2018, INC will confirm the registration in two weeks. If confirmation is not received in two weeks, please contact us to ensure your registration form has been received correctly.
Delegate’s registration includes meetings, lunches and evening social events.
The Accompanying Person’s registration includes morning tours with lunch (ONLY if they are marked on the congress registration form) and evening social events.
Yes. Please mark them on the registration form. Specific food requests are only guaranteed at the Gala Dinner.
The list of participants will be available to INC members at the Virtual Meeting Point and Congress App some months prior to the congress and will be updated daily. Access to the Virtual Meeting Point will be available in the Congress website.
Only INC Members can access the Congress Meeting Point. To be allowed access to the Meeting Point, your INC Membership must be paid. We inform you that ONLY participants who have paid both their membership and their congress registration will appear at the Meeting Point.
All conference sessions will be conducted in English only. There will also be translation into Chinese.
Business attire is recommended for the congress sessions. For social events we recommend cocktail dress for the welcome cocktail, smart casual for the casual buffet dinner and black tie or culturally traditional attire for the Gala Dinner.
Tables can be booked only at Gala Dinner. Booking available from April 2018.

We suggest that you carry a copy of your passport with you and leave your original passport at the hotel. Should you lose your passport, please inform the organization.
While walking or shopping, be aware of your surroundings and keep valuables close at hand. Make a copy of all your credit cards, airline tickets, passport and important documents, front and back. It is recommended to leave your passport and valuable belongings safe at the hotel.
Spain standard time is Central Europe Summer Time +2. During the Congress, 1 hour ahead of London, 6 hours ahead of New York, 9 hours ahead of San Francisco and 6 hours behind Singapore.
The month of May is characterized by rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs increasing between 25°C to 30°C and lowest temperature dropping to 15°C, which tends to be in the evening.

The voltage in Spain is 220 volts. In case you wish to use appliances of 110 volts, we recommend you to bring it or please check with your hotel if they can provide adaptors on request.
In order to get an invitation letter, your INC Membership and your congress registration must be paid. The information required by the INC to set up the letter which you should provide is the following:
Offices and business establishments are generally open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Shops are generally open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Big shopping centers are open every day from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Sevilla is a large and widespread city, and we advise participants to use tourist cars or metered taxis when required. Please contact the Concierge or Reception at you hotel for this service.
There is no compulsion to tip anyone for any service rendered. If you choose to do so, the traditional tip is 10%, rounded off.
