Victoria Mutran is a Doctor in Engineering, specialized in price risks and optimization of industrial processes. She is the Head of International Sales at Mutran Exportadora, a family business focused on Brazil Nuts with over 50 years of history in the sector. In the past few years, as an academic researcher and university professor, Victoria has also been an active actor in the innovation ecosystem in Brazil, focusing mainly on the economy of the Amazon Forest.
