Co-founder and CEO of Safe Security
Saket Modi is the Co-founder and CEO of Safe Security (formerly Lucideus), a global leader in enterprise Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) Platforms. A computer science engineer by education, he founded Safe Security in 2012 while in his final year of engineering. Incubated from IIT Bombay and backed by Cisco's former Chairman and CEO John Chambers, Safe Security today protects the digital infrastructure of multiple Fortune 500 companies around the world with its cyber risk measurement and mitigation platform called SAFE. Since 2018, Safe Security has expanded operations into the USA and Singapore. In 2019, they officially moved the headquarters to Palo Alto. The company has over 200 customers from 16 different countries and is considered India’s highest valued cybersecurity startup. Saket is a part of Fortune Magazine's 40under40, Entrepreneur Magazine's 35under35, and Forbes Magazine's 30under30 lists among others. In 2013, he was awarded the “Indian Ambassador of Cyber Security in Education” at the National Education Awards. The Government of India awarded him with the title of "Champion of Change" in 2017.
