Seeberger is a family owned company in Germany with about 800 employees. Founded in 1844, Seeberger represents today an established brand for dried fruits and nuts.

Ralph´s main responsibilities are strategic planning, business development, purchasing, sales and marketing. He represents a sustainable corporate development and believes in
natural snacking as part of a healthy lifestyle. Ralph´s career started as controller in an international shipping company and he entered Seeberger in 1990 as Export Manager. He
holds a Master-Degree in Business Administration of the St. Gallen Business School and the Alpen Adria University. Since 1996 he is a member of the executive board at Seeberger.

Currently Ralph is an honorary executive board member of the Food Industry Association Baden-Württemberg and holds other positions in advisory boards.
