In the case that a registered delegate cannot attend, the INC facilitates name changes so that a new congress delegate from the same company can occupy the place with no extra charge. Please contact us at inc@nutfruit.org and inform accordingly.
If you still prefer to cancel your congress registration you will have until December 2021 to receive a full refund. You will be able to register again when registration reopens, but the Regular fee or Last Chance fee will apply depending on the time of your registration. The Early bird rate of €1,850 will not be available for new registrations. From the registration reopening to February 28, 2022, you will be able to register with the Regular congress rate starting from €2,050 and from March 1, 2022 to the congress dates Last Chance Rate will apply , starting at €2,250.
Until December, 2021, congress participants will be reimbursed for 100% of the paid congress registration fee.
For cancellations received from January 1, 2022 until April 15, a 10% administrative fee will be charged.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or if you cancel after April 15, 2022, whatever the reason.
Full refund will be given if cancellation is received prior to December 31, 2021 and a 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received after December 31, 2021. No refunds will be made for no- shows or if you cancel after April 15, 2022, whatever the reason.
Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have written acknowledgement from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be registered before April 15, 2022. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organizers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply.
In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organizers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration location, marketing and central administration costs.
Registration will close when full capacity is reached.
After May 8, INC Members registrations may be accepted on-site if full capacity has not been reached. Registration on-site will be at Madinat Jumeirah, beginning on May 9, 2022. Please consult the program for registration hours.Non-member and New-member registrations must be submitted before March 15, 2022.

Delegate’s registration includes access to the conference and exhibition area, meetings, all day coffee, lunches and evening social events, including Dune Bashing Extreme Activity (if it is marked on the congress registration form).
Please note that dune bashing is an extreme sport. Only Delegates and Accompanying persons who enjoy high-adrenaline activities should participate. All vehicles are driven by official drivers with experience in dune bashing.
The list of participants is available at the Virtual Meeting Point and Congress App prior to the congress and will be updated daily. Access to the Virtual Meeting Point will be available on the Congress website and Congress App.
The Accompanying Person’s registration includes morning tours with lunch (ONLY if they are marked on the congress registration form) and evening social events, including Dune Bashing Extreme Activity (if it is marked on the congress registration form).
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Congress Organizers do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance policies before departure from their countries, as required. Please check if such insurance coverage is accurate and complete in accordance with the activities to be carried out during the Congress.
While every attempt is made to ensure efficient, trouble-free hospitality, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing and tours, participants are advised that the organizers are in no way liable in the event of any necessary modifications, including changes to itineraries for tours due to delays or cancellations of flights/other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
The host organization and its suppliers are not liable for personal accidents or losses or damages to private property of attendees of the Congress.
Only Congress delegates can access the Congress Meeting Point. We inform you that ONLY participants who have paid the corresponding fees will appear at the Meeting Point.

All conference sessions will be conducted in English only.
Business attire is recommended for the congress sessions. For social events we recommend cocktail dress for the welcome cocktail, smart casual for the casual buffet dinner and black tie or culturally traditional attire for the Gala Dinner.
Tables can be booked only for the Gala Dinner. Bookings will be accepted from April 1 to May 11, 2022. Gala Dinner tables are available for 10 guests each.
