FIRST PRIZE: One participant will win a free congress standard sponsorship, valued at €4000 – Standard Congress benefits include an advertisement banner in the May 2021 newsletter, the company logo on the main on-site graphic materials and INC publications (magazine, website, newsletters, brochures, etc.)

Delegates’ registration includes access to the congress area including conference, round tables, exhibition area and the following meals: all-day coffee, lunches and evening social events. Accompanying Persons’ registration includes morning tours, if marked, with lunch, and evening social events.

If you have already booked your accommodation at the official congress venue, Jumeirah Hotels, hotel representatives will send you a new confirmation letter by email regarding your booking in the following days. Check-in and check-out dates will be adapted to fit in with the new congress dates in May 2021, and the hotel will relocate your booking within the official congress venue of Madinat Jumeirah resort and Jumeirah Beach hotel. For example, if you have booked for 4 nights, checking in on the day before the congress and checking out on the day after, your dates will remain the same in May 2021. So, this means that if your check-in was on May 27, 2020 and check-out was on May 31, 2020 it will be adapted to: check-in on May 26, 2021 and check-out on May 30, 2021.
In any case, the hotel kindly asks for your confirmation before May 31, 2020.

In order to get an invitation letter, your INC Membership and your congress registration must be paid. The information required by the INC to set up the letter which you should provide is the following:
Name badge is required to attend all congress events. To obtain the badge, participants must be registered and proper fees must be paid. Badge will be delivered at the INC registration desk. Please check the program for registration hours.
The list of participants will be available at the Virtual Meeting Point and Congress App prior to the congress.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Congress Organizers do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance policies before departure from their countries, as required. Please check if such insurance coverage is accurate and complete in accordance with the activities to be carried out during the Congress.
While every attempt is made to ensure efficient, trouble-free hospitality, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing and tours, participants are advised that the organizers are in no way liable in the event of any necessary modifications, including changes to itineraries for tours due to delays or cancellations of flights/other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
The host organization and its suppliers are not liable for personal accidents or losses or damages to private property of attendees of the Congress.Terms & Cancellation conditions

A 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations until March 1, 2021. For cancellations received from March 2 to April 1, 2021, a 50% administrative fee will apply. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2021. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have a written acknowledgement from the INC secretary to be entitled to a refund. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration, location, marketing and central administration costs.
