Gary K. Ford has served as CEO and Board member of the Diamond Foods Holding Company LLC since January 2017. Diamond is one the world’s largest processors of walnuts and pecans with manufacturing and farming operations in California, Arizona, Texas, Georgia and Mexico. From 2009 to 2016 Mr. Ford served as CEO of Eckert Frozen Foods and Eckert Cold Storage. Prior to that, he was COO of Diamond Foods from 1998 to 2008. Mr. Ford began his career at Frito-Lay after earning a BS from William Carey University and an MBA from Georgia College and State University. Gary is currently Chairman of the Board at Eckert and member of the Board of Directors at Diamond Foods and the Dried Fruit Association/Safe Food Alliance.
