CONGRESS REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Registration will close when full capacity is reached.
- Non-member and New-member registrations must be submitted before March 15.
- Early bird rates will ONLY be available if payment is received by February 15, 2019.
- All registrations received after February 15, 2019 will be treated as regular registrations with the corresponding fee.
Delegates’ registration includes meetings, continental breakfasts, lunches and evening social events. Accompanying Persons’ registration includes morning tours, if marked, with lunch, and evening social events.Special Needs

Name badge is required to attend all congress events. To obtain the badge, participants must be registered and proper fees must be paid. Badge will be delivered at the INC registration desk. Please check the program for registration hours.Registration List
The list of participants will be available at the Virtual Meeting Point and Congress App three months prior to the congress.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Congress Organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. The insurance should be purchased in your country of origin, if you feel necessary.
Terms & Cancellation Conditions
Confirmation letters will be sent on receipt of payment, which must be made at the time of booking. For new registrations on-site, payments will be accepted only with a personal credit card (cash will not be accepted). Full refund will be given to EARLY registrants if cancellation is received prior to March 1, 2019 and a 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received after February 28, 2019.
All REGULAR registrations will be charged a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for no- shows or if you cancel after May 1, 2019, whatever the reason.
Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have written acknowledgement from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may be registered before May 1, 2019. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply.
In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organizers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration location, mar- keting and central administration costs.
SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 10% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations until March 1, 2019. For cancellations received from March 2 to April 1, 2019 we will apply a 50% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1 2019, whatever the reason. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have a written knowledge from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organisers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the congress, the organisers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to registration, location, marketing and central administration costs.
Exhibitor Responsibility Clause
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Boca Raton Resort & Club (“Hotel”), Hotel’s owner (Waldorf=Astoria Management LLC as agent for BRE/Baton Operating Lessee LLC), Hilton Worldwide, Inc., and each of their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), as well as “International Nut and Dried Fruit Council Foundation” (“Group”), from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises. Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity obligation in this clause. Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel Parties and Group shall be named as additional insureds on such policy, and Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
By imperative of the Boca Raton Resort & Club and in order to protect both the INC and the Hotel, the INC has been requested to include the above “Exhibitor Responsibility Clause” in every exhibitor booking form. Please, we kindly remind you to check its insurance requirements.
As we receive the completed forms, we will kindly send you and ask you to sign the aforementioned “Exhibitor Responsibility Clause” and return it to us at your earliest convenience. Please note that without this document duly signed you will not be able to exhibit at the INC Congress.
